Scooters Coffee is looking for those seeking an Store Management opportunity in our dual lane, drive-thru only Coffee kiosks. This position as Store Manager will also result in potential mutli-store management for the right candidate. Thus the end result may be Store Manager over a single unit or grow into over seeing 2-4 locations. There will be a base salary and a quarterly bonus based upon meeting/exceeding specific criteria the Store Manager has control over. The right individual will need to LOVE mornings, LOVE people and LOVE serving others. We expect our Store Managers to be blessed with kindness, optimism, strong work ethic, curious intelligence, empathy, self-awareness, integrity, humility and courage. They will hire and train their team and expect the same of their team members that is expected by our Store Managers in character, personality and desire to provide every guest with an AMAZING experience with every visit.
